 In our credentialing process we cover many different regulatory and accreditation requirements that medical staff personnel must undergo to meet these standards. We cover education verification, state licensing, malpractice verification, DEA, NPDB, board verification, hospital affiliations, peer references, work history, exclusion verification, vaccination history, and continuing education just to name a few of the things we do that are required of a facility. Then we put this information in a format that makes it simple and efficient for the Medical Director, Medical Executive Staff and Governing Body to review for privileges and approval. We also keep up with the monthly maintenance on expirables for facility providers. We perform our services in accordance with the current standards set forth by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), Joint Commission (JCAHO) and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC).
