Initial Appointment applications can backlog your facility and create headaches for your office staff. Often times practitioners are anxious to begin cases at your facility but its imperative that the credentialing is done first and processed to regulation and accreditation standards. Our company takes this task from you by sending the Initial application addendum packet to your providers and make sure they are returned complete and promptly. Once received we begin the credentialing process within 24 hours. Primary Source Verification also included when needed.

We are committed to meeting all regulatory and accreditation requirements for credentialing and privileging of our Medical Staff and Allied Health Practitioners; we forward only complete and accurate practitioner files to facility committees for action. 

Approximately 120-180 days prior to the approval expiration, we send a friendly notification to our providers and begin the request for Re-Appointment application and documentation. This allows us and the providers sufficient time to gather the necessary updated information for continued  approved privileges without interruption. 

Once your providers have been approved it's important to uphold a continuance of monitoring and maintenance of licenses and all expirables on a month to month basis. We provide this service to our facilities to assure you are meeting regulatory, accreditation, and bylaw requirements.

We ensure that practitioner files are maintained in such a manner as to be presentable to any authorized entity upon short notice. 

Our group credentialing department works with small to large medical associates and submits hospital privileging applications on your behalf. From completing applications to gathering all the required information, we provide this service so you can work on your daily obligations without having to worry about the task associated with privileging request to hospitals. We monitor the submissions and work with the hospital's credentialing department to get them any other requested documents.
